NO AUDIO

First make sure that your computer speakers are plugged in and they are turned on. If you hear sounds when the computer turns on, then your speakers are working correctly. If you hear nothing but are getting video, click on the Start button, then Control Panel. Then double-click on the icon for Sounds and Audio Devices. Make sure under the Volume tab that Mute is not checked. If it is checked, uncheck it. Then click on Apply, then OK. You might also want to try either re-installing Windows Media Player, or updating to a newer version of Windows Media Player. Sometimes media player software might get corrupt, and re-installing or updating will fix the problem. Some company computers might not have a sound card; in this case, you will need to take the course on another computer that has a sound card.
