THE COURSE I AM TAKING FROZE UP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the course you are taking “freezes up”, you will need to clean out your Temporary Internet Files folder. First you will close the program. Any progress since the last section that was completed will be lost. Click on the link to learn How to Clean Out My Temporary Internet Files folder. After cleaning out your Temporary Internet Files folder, log back into the system and restart the course. The next time you reach the screen in question, the Next button should appear after the video ends. If it does not, please contact us and we will assist you via email or phone call.
