INTERPRETATIONS OF BEHAVIOR:
Developed by Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, this course
focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the various behaviors
we all encounter during conversation or interaction with other
people. In particular, the program focuses on those behaviors
that may indicate deception. This course is ideal for all levels
of management to enhance inter-personal communication skills
and develop the ability to recognize and further explore areas
of deception when interacting with an employee, a co-worker
or a customer. |
